For licensed Real Estate agent referrals, we will pay the referring agent 10% of the property management fee income for as long as we manage the property. It’s super simple! And when the time comes that the owner wants to sell the property, you will be notified, and the owner will be referred back to you. We have your back! 1. REFER YOUR CLIENT

Fill out the simple online referral form or give us a call to register your client. 

2. WE WILL CONTACT THE CLIENT

An Urban Property Management representative will be contacting your client. We will provide a free, honest, comprehensive market analysis and review their management options. 

3. GET PAID

For every property management customer you refer, we'll pay you 10% of EACH month's property management fee income for as long as we manage the property.
